I lead business strategy at Spear AI, a defense technology firm focusing on artificial intelligence and cloud services. I am a Marine Corps veteran, intelligence officer, and air weapons and tactics instructor. I graduated with a Master of Public Administration degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (Class of 2021). I received my Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Russian language from American University (Class of 2013).
My interests include artificial intelligence and machine learning, remote sensing and imagery science, international development and sustainable agriculture, climate science, urban planning and design, transnational water policy, military and security policy, Russian affairs, and writing. I am currently writing a series of short stories.
